Energy Transition

It’s good to see the growing emphasis on sustainability in energy sector films, including plastics recycling, and discussions on the circular economy. So it was a pleasure to write and direct a film for Glenfarne Group, who’s investments in sustainable energy include hydrogen, solar, and the next generation of low carbon LNG plants. Production company Myriad’s drone, CGI, editing and graphics teams worked hard to meet a challenging deadline, as we developed a number of CGI and motion graphics styles. These included CGI infographics, map animations, and photoreal CGI tracked into drone footage, shot for the film in the south of Texas. Keen viewers may notice a distinctly American tone, and some locations that look suspiciously like Mars.
